criteria to enter the Euro Crisis

http://www.becspain.com/
Inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and public debt were the famous criteria for entering the Euro. And Greece, together with Spain, the most "righteous" were to meet them.
Now we have inflation, but we have 20% unemployment (if we analyze the Phillips curve, a little more inflation, reduce unemployment, especially in Spain ...). As we are in the Euro area, we can not (unlike in England, Sweden and Denmark in the EU, and Norway and Iceland outside) devalued, or touch interest rates. Our Public Debt accuses the "solvency of Spain" (as the rest of "Pigs") and the differential with the famous German Bono ... and find it more expensive to finance ourselves.
Not a mistake to change our peseta for the euro? Mark

How Long After Bunion Surgery Can I Wear Heels

http://www.becspain.com/
SOLUTION = EURO EXIT
In macroeconomics, the Phillips curve is an empirical curve of negative slope which relates the inflation and unemployment.
Phillips curve was introduced from the U.S. economic data in the early 1960's. When placed on the horizontal axis the unemployment rate and the ordinate the rate of inflation, Phillips obtained a curve with negative slope, similar to the demand.
Phillips curve relates inflation to unemployment and suggests that a policy aimed at price stability promotes unemployment. Therefore, some level of inflation is necessary to minimize unemployment.

With a strike of 20 %.... NEED devalued, but we can not devalue the Euro with the ECB that remains strong to keep inflation (Germany).
is clear that the only way economically reasonable for Spain to leave the crisis is out of the euro. Not necessarily in the EU (England has its currency, the pound, and belongs to the Community).

Iceland outside the EU, would be another excellent example. Following the 2008 financial crisis devalues \u200b\u200bits crown ... and have already passed the crisis.

Exit Icelandic Economy

http://www.becspain.com/
The Icelandic economy left formally of the recession in the third quarter of this year to grow 1.2%, ending a series of seven consecutive quarters of falling GDP, according to official statistics released Tuesday.

After falling for seven consecutive quarters of quarter 2008 to second in 2010, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Iceland rose 1.2 in July-October period, compared with the previous quarter, said the National Bureau Statistics in a statement. Compared

annual Iceland's economy shrank 1.6%, according to figures released by the office.

"The growth is mainly due to household consumption, which fell after the collapse of banks in 2008, "said Fridrik Mar Baldursson, a professor of economics at Reykjavik University.

Although the increased household consumption (+3.8% over the previous quarter) and exports (+0.8%) and imports (+6.8%), investments fell sharply (-5.6%), and public spending (-0.6%).

The Icelandic banking system, hypertrophied, collapsed in October 2008 driven by the global financial crisis, prompting the intervention of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and a deep crisis in a country hitherto booming economy.

However, according to the IMF and economists recession was less brutal than initially expected.

"The recession in Iceland has been lower than expected, and has not been worse than in other less affected countries," stressed the IMF in its latest economic report on the island, published in October.

The Icelandic krona, which lost nearly half its value has stabilized "at a competitive level" favorable to exports, according to the IMF.

Iceland also is financed in the markets at more favorable rates, indicating that there is greater confidence. Economists point out that the country made a good decision to let banks collapse, instead of injecting public funds to pay off their debts, as did Ireland.

After a recession of 6.8% in 2009, Icelandic GDP expected to contract 3% this year, before growing by 1.9% in 2011, according to forecasts by the national statistics office.

Granada Cave Houses, An Introduction

extract "THE CAVE HOUSES OF SPAIN"

source: http://www.spanish-inland-properties.com/index.php?call=gencontent&s=53&p=16

What is a Cave House?
Cave houses are probably very different from what you imagine. Today's cave houses are not the primitive homes of times gone by. A modern cave house can be anything from a cosy country cottage to a cave house hotel.

Cave houses are being restored like never before and their popularity among those looking to live in “the real Spain” is soaring, especially in the Province of Granada situated in Andalusia in southern Spain. You can find incredibly beautiful cave houses in Galera, Huescar, Cuevas del Campo, Castillejar and many other villages in the Altiplano (El Altiplano de Granada is a vast plateau surrounded by the Batica Mountain Range, known for its beauty and contrast).

Cave houses have been carved out of the rocks of Andalusia since the Moorish invasion. For the last few centuries, right up to the 1960s, tens of thousands of cave houses gave shelter to farm workers, their families and their livestock. In the late sixties, with the mechanisation of farming and the advent of mass coastal tourism the local population saw a drastic decline and many a cave house was abandoned. Happily, today, that decline is being reversed.
